The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works As Part Of The Task Entitled: Renovation Of Municipal Roads As Part Of Removing The Effects Of Natural Disasters In The Ciężkowice Municipality Covering: A) Municipal Road No. 203911K Kąśna Górna - Łąki In The Town Of Kąśna Górna At Km 0+270 - 1+100, B) Municipal Road No. 203903K Jastrzębia - Budzyń-Kipszna In The Town Of Jastrzębia At Km 1+000 - 1+900, C) Municipal Road No. 200004K Siekierczyna-Falkowa-Brzana In The Towns Of Siekierczyna And Falkowa At Km 0+000 - 0+620 And At Km 2+500 - 2+850 Along With The Renovation Of The Culvert At Km 0+467, D) Municipal Road No. 200010K Więcowice Ul. Okrężna In The Town Of Więcwice At Km 0+960 – 1 + 410M2.Scope Of Construction Works: A) Cleaning The Existing Asphalt Surface, Sprinkling With Emulsion And Laying An Asphalt Surface Made Of A Mineral-Bituminous Asphalt Mixture In Two Layers 5 + 4 Cm Thick After Mechanical Compactionb) Filling The Roadsides With A 10 Cm Thick Stone Mixture C) Renovation Of The Culvert, Reconstruction Of The Embankment, Making Stone Riprap, Dismantling And Reinstalling The Barriers Energy-Intensive. The Exact Quantitative Scope Of The Works Is Specified In Annex No. 3 To This Specification. Bill Of Quantities. The Above-Mentioned Works Should Be Performed On The Road Sections Indicated In The Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annex 3 To The Swz. During The Final Acceptance Of The Works, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Perform Control Drilling At The Contractors Expense.3.All Materials From Demolition Are The Property Of The Ordering Party. The Contractor Will Ensure The Transport Of Demolition Materials To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, At A Distance Of Up To 5 Km. 4.
