The Subject Of The Order Is: 1. Construction Of A Rain Garden As A Water Retention System Of 300 M2, 2. Construction Of Perennial Flower Beds, Including Preparation Of The Area And Finishing Works - Spreading Wood Chips, Garden Gravel, Finishing The Beds With The Installation Of Geoborder Plastic Lawn Edges, 5 - 6 Cm High, In Order To Cut Them Off From The Lawn, 3. Tidying Up The Existing Greenery And Care Of Old Trees, Approximately 30 Pieces, Including Removing Deadwood, Sanitary And Corrective Pruning, Cutting Broken Branches, And Removing Mistletoe Outbreaks. The Scope Of The Order Will Also Include Cutting Down Shrubs Up To 25 M2 (If Necessary), 4. Marking The Area With An Information Board Measuring 80 Cm X 120 Cm, Informing About Co-Financing From The Budget Of The Łódź Voivodeship Local Government, In Accordance With The Template Provided By The Ordering Party, 5. Obtaining On Behalf Of The Ordering Party All Opinions, Arrangements And Administrative Decisions Required By Law, If Such Are Necessary For The Implementation Of The Task, 6. Plant Care For A Period Of Two Years From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Report, In Accordance With The Functional And Utility Program, Constituting Annex No. 1 To This Description Of The Subject Of The Order, In Which The Material Scope Is Described In Detail. The Functional And Utility Program (Appendix No. 1) Will Determine All Requirements Regarding Design Documentation, As Well As The Correct Implementation Of The Task In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party.
