The Subject Of The Order Includes: - Purchase And Delivery Of One Brand New, Unused Light Rescue And Fire-Fighting Vehicle (Hereinafter Referred To As: Car Or Vehicle) With Equipment For The Volunteer Fire Department In Tyrawa Wołoska. - Delivery Of All Necessary Documents Of The Vehicle, In Particular (Operators Manual, Service Book, Warranty Cards, Documents Required For Registration Of The Vehicle: Extract From The Approval Certificate, And Any Other Required Documents That Will Allow The Ordering Party To Register The Vehicle. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including A List Of The Minimum Required Technical And Operational Parameters And Vehicle Equipment, Is Described In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz.3. Equivalent Solutions. Whenever In The Swz Or In The Annexes To The Swz, The Subject Of The Order Is Described With An Indication Of Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, As Well As Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, This Means That The Ordering Party Cannot Describe The Subject Of The Order In A Sufficiently Precise And Understandable Way And It Is Assumed That Such Indications Are Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. All The Above-Mentioned Indications Are Used To Specify The Technical, Functional, Functional And Quality Parameters And Requirements Of The Subject Of The Order. The Contractor Who Refers To Solutions Equivalent To Those Described By The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Devices/Products He Offers.
