3.1.The Subject Of The Order Is: Snow Removal And Slippery Removal Services On Roads And Streets Managed By The Powidz Commune, Hereinafter Referred To As The Winter Road Maintenance Service. Detailed Description Of Tasks And Their Routes Regarding The Execution Of The Order For Part 1 - Tasks No. 1 And For Part 2- Task No. 2 Is Presented In Annex No. 6 To Swz.3.2.Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order: 3.2.1.Eliminating Slipperiness On Roads And Streets Involves Providing Mechanical Equipment With The Service Of Eliminating Slipperiness By Sprinkling Aggregate Or Mixture, Secured For The Execution Of These Works By The Ordering Party In Places Indicated By The Ordering Party.3.2.2.The Slipperiness Removal Service Will Be Provided In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of The Environment Of October 27, 2005 On The Types And Conditions Of Use Of Agents That May Be Used On Public Roads, Streets And Works (Journal Of Laws Of 2005, No. 230, Item 1960), I.E. A Mixture Of Non-Chemical And Chemical Agents In The Proportions: A) 75% Non-Chemical Agents: Natural Or Artificial Aggregate With Grain Size Up To 4 Mm, B) 25% Solid Chemical Agents: Sodium Chloride (Road Salt) Or 100% Non-Chemical Agents: Natural Or Artificial Aggregate.3.2.3.The Service Is To Be Provided Only After The Occurrence Of Phenomena Such As: Slipperiness, Black Ice, Ice) - Municipal Roads Are To Be Sprinkled By The Contractor With Particular Care At: Intersections, Sections With A Slope Of > 4%, In Other Places To Be Designated By The Ordering Party, Where The Size Of Difficulties And Interruptions In Road Traffic Depends On The Scale And Duration Of The Phenomenon Causing Winter Slipperiness.3.2.4.If The Phenomena Referred To In 3.2.3 Occur At Night, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Service No Later Than By 7.00, And In The Event Of These Conditions At Another Time, And After Prior Telephone Request To Provide The Service By The Representative Of The Ordering Party - Public Works Coordinator.3.2.5.Providing Snow Removal Services With The Contractors Equipment: The Contractor Will Provide The Service First On The Streets Of Powidz, On Paved Roads In Other Towns In The Commune, And Secondly On Dirt Roads, After The Following Weather Conditions Occur: When Snowfall Creates A Layer On The Road With A Thickness Of At Least 10 Cm, After The Snowfall Stops, And In The Event Of Night Snowfall, The Service Provider Is Obliged To Perform The Service No Later Than By 7.00, If It Is Necessary To Provide The Service During The Day, After A Prior Telephone Call From The Representative Of The Ordering Party - Public Works Coordinator.3.2.6.The Services Include Being On Duty And Keeping Equipment And People Ready For Work, The So-Called Passive Action – 24 Hours A Day.3.2.7.Winter Road And Street Maintenance Services Will Be Performed Entirely With Equipment, Motor Vehicles (Carriers) Equipped With A Sand Spreader And A Medium Plow, And The Contractor
