The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Preparing And Conducting Training In The Field Of Management Competences Addressed To Members Of The Rectors College And Deans Of The University Of Lodz As Part Of The Project Impulse Of The Future - Development Of Competences Of The Administrative Staff Of The University Of Lodz Under The European Funds For Social Development 2021-2027 Program Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus. The Service Includes Training In The Field Of Management Competences: Communication And Delegation As A University Leader And Assertive Leadership Based On Empathy (Nvc), Addressed To Members Of The Rectors College And Deans Of The University Of Lodz. Training In Communication And Delegation As A University Leader Will Cover The Following Issues: Algorithm Of Delegating Tasks And Responsibilities - Effective Delegation In Academic Structures, Communicating Difficult Decisions And Changes In A Motivating And Understandable Way, Agreeing On Goals And Methods Of Implementing Tasks, Taking Into Account The Interests Of The Leader, Team And Employee, Contracting Solutions As A Tool For Preventing Difficulties And Conflicts, Dealing With Resistance, Reluctance And Demotivation - Ski Model And Reaching Out To The Needs Of Colleagues. The Training In Assertive Leadership Based On Empathy (Nvc) Will Cover The Following Issues: Psychological Communication Mechanisms That Strengthen Trust And Respect In The Team, Cognitive Distortions And Their Impact On The Leaders Relationships And Decisions, Labeling, Stereotypes And Prejudices - Causes, Types And Consequences For Organizational Culture, Different Faces Of Discrimination (Age, Gender, Nationality) And The Phenomenon Of Intersectionality, The Mechanism Of Projection And Ways Of Minimizing Its Negative Impact In The Role Of A Leader, Building A Culture Of Openness, Psychological Safety And Trust. The Training On Each Of The Two Topics Will Be Carried Out For 4 Hours For Two Groups (10-15 People) In A Stationary Form At The University Of Lodz In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz/Agreement. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Implementing Two Topics During One Day, I.E. 2 X 4 Hours For Two Groups (10-15 People) In A Stationary Form At The University Of Lodz In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz/Agreement.
