The Subject Of The Order Is Delivery And Installation Of A Power Generator.2.The Scope Of The Order Includes: Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of A Power Generator For One Building Of The Public Primary School No. 5 In Kluczbork At Ul. Konopnicka 17. A Detailed Description Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex No. 4 To Swz.3. In Order To Confirm Compliance Of The Offered Supplies With The Requirements, Features Or Criteria Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Who Submits The Offer Is Obliged To Submit With The Offer: - Catalog Cards Of The Power Generator With The Included Technical Data - Ce Declaration Of Conformity Of The Complete Generator Confirming That The Generator Meets The Requirements Of The Machinery Directive 2006/42/Ec (98/37/Ec). The Documents Must Be Attached In Polish.4.Required By The Ordering Party Min. Warranty Period For The Entire Subject Of The Order - 24 Months. The Offer Of The Contractor Who Proposes A Warranty Period Shorter Than 24 Months Will Be Rejected As Inconsistent With Swz.5.If The Contractor Does Not Offer Any Warranty Period In The Offer Form (I.E. Leaves The Declaration Regarding The Offered Warranty Period For The Entire Subject Of The Order Blank), It Will Receive 0 (Zero) Points In The Warranty Period Criterion, And The Ordering Party Will Assume That The Contractor Offers A 24-Month Warranty For The Entire Subject Of The Order, Counting From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol Of The Subject Of The Order Without Any Reservations, Confirming The Proper Performance And Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Order.6.The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Perform The Order In Accordance With Applicable Law, The Ordering Partys Requirements Contained In The Order Documents And In Accordance With The Submitted Offer, In Particular With: Due Care, Safety, Good Quality, Proper Organization And The Provisions Of The Concluded Contract. 7. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Accompanied By An Operating Manual In Polish.8.If The Ordering Party Has Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Trademarks, Patents Or Origins, Sources Or A Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, It Is Allowed To Offer Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, Provided That They Maintain The Same Minimum Technical, Quality And Functional Parameters, Etc. 9. The Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. In Such A Case, The Contractor Attaches To The Offer A List Of Equivalent Solutions Along With Its Description Or Standards. 10. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes References To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2) And Section 3 And 5 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equiv
