1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Brand New And Unused Subject Of The Order, Which Includes The Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of One Internal Library Book Dispenser For The Needs Of The Masovian University In Płock. The Device Is To Be Equipped With A Minimum Of 40 Compartments. The Contractor Is Obliged To Fully Integrate The Book Dispenser With The Prolib Library System Currently Used By The Ordering Party. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz) Is Provided In Section Ii Of The Swz. The Order Will Be Implemented Under The Conditions Specified In The Opz And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Section Iii Of The Swz.2.The Ordering Party Requires That The Subject Of The Order, Including All Ict Products, Ict Services And Ict Processes Used To Perform The Order, Both As Main Elements And Components, Elements Of The Service Provision Environment Or Accompanying Solutions, Does Not Include:2.1.Ict Products, Ict Services Or Ict Processes Indicated In The Recommendation Referred To In Art. 33 Section 4 Of The Act Of 5 July 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 20), Stating Their Negative Impact On The Fundamental Interest Of State Security.2.2.An Ict Product Whose Type Was Specified In The Decision To Recognize The Supplier As A High-Risk Supplier Referred To In Art. 67B Section 15 Of The Act Of 5 July 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System, Nor The Ict Services Or Ict Processes Specified In This Decision.
