The Subject Of The Order Is One Indivisible Task Consisting Of 128 Items, Including: Groats, Pasta, Flour, Sugar Spices For Meat And Chicken Oil, Margarine Meat Cubes, Broths Grain And Natural Coffee, Tea Canned Fish In Oil And Tomatoes Jam With Various Flavors Peas, Corn, Canned Beans2.Delivery Between 0600 And 1200, By Transport And At The Contractors Expense And Risk, According To Daily Demand. Order By Phone Or E-Mail. (With Two Days Notice);3.The Current Expiration Date Is Required On The Articles.4.Food Products Should Be In Factory-Sealed Packaging, With No Physical Damage That Would Disqualify The Products (I.E. Crumbling, Losses, Damaged Packaging).5.Place Of Delivery: Hospital Kitchen, Głogów, Ul. Kościuszki 15;6.The Subject Of The Order Was Determined By Indicating Objective Quality Features And Standards For Which Exemplary Trademarks May Be Indicated. The Possible Names (Trademarks, E.G. Winiary, Pudliszki) Of The Ordered Products Provided By The Ordering Party Are Exemplary, And Their Indication Is Intended To Determine The Expected Standard Of The Ordered Goods, And The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of Equivalent Offers. The Contractor Has The Right To Propose A Different Product Provided That It Is Not Inferior In Quality To The Product Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Assortment And Quantity Specification: Qualitative And Taste Values, And The Weight Of The Equivalent Product Is Not Lower Than The Weight Indicated In The Form. In The Case Of An Equivalent Product, The Contractor Must Confirm The Equivalence Of The Given Product, Provide The Name Of The Offered Equivalent Product And Manufacturer On The Assortment And Quantity Specification Form, And Attach To The Offer A Document (Description, Catalogue) Confirming That The Offered Product Is Not Inferior To The Product Required In Terms Of The Parameters Indicated By The Ordering Party. In Order For The Ordering Party To Check The Quality Of The Offered Equivalent Products, It Is Recommended To Indicate The Item Number Of The Price Form In The Attached Document, Which Is Also The Assortment And Quantity Specification.7.The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With All The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Indicated In Swz.8.The Contractor Will Provide Food Products That Meet The Requirements Specified In The Provisions Of The Act Of August 25, 2006. On Food And Nutrition Safety And Its Implementing Acts. 9. The Contractor Will Deliver Food Products By Means Of Transport That Meet Legal Requirements.10.The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Purchase A Smaller Quantity Of Products.11.During The Execution Of The Contract, The Ordering Party May Make Quantitative Transfers Between Individual Assortment Items Within The Limits Of The Value Of The Concluded Contract.
