Due To Lack Of Watering Or Not Using Plant Protection Products), H) Weeding. 2) Care Of Ornamental Grasses And Perennials By: A) Cutting Grass, B) Spring Cutting Of Ornamental Perennials, C) Weeding, D) Watering, Irrigation, Including Operation Of The Irrigation System, E) Fertilization, F) Replacement Of Damaged And Dead Plants From The Ordering Partys Material (Note: An Exception Is Made When Damage Or Death Of Plants Results From Negligence Contractor, E.G. Weeds Resulting From Lack Of Weeding Or Lack Of Watering Of Plants), G) Removal Of Overgrown Plant Clumps That Have Grown Beyond The Designated Area. 3) Lawn Care Through: A) Fertilization, B) Mowing, C) Watering, Irrigation, Including Operation Of The Irrigation System, D) Supplementing Overseeding In Places Where The Grass Is Damaged Or Does Not Grow From The Contractors Material, E) Weeding, G) Ongoing Clearing Molehills. The Works Referred To In Section Iv Point 2 Points 1-3 Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Recommendations For The Care Of Green Areas In The Revitalized Area Constituting Annex No. 13 To Swz.4) Keeping Sidewalks And Squares Made Of Cobblestones And Concrete Slabs Clean And Tidy By: A) Ongoing Cleanliness, I.E. Sweeping And Mechanical Or Pressure Washing Of Sidewalks And Squares, Collecting And Removing Loose Waste, I.E. Paper, Foil, Bottles, Bottle Corks, Cigarette Butts Cigarettes, Broken Glass, Branches, Animal Feces, Rubble, Sand, Etc. (Regardless Of The Source) Along With The Entrances To The Property, B) Ongoing Removal Of Growing Grass And Weeds From Paving Stones And Concrete Slabs, C) Emptying Street Bins Selectively, Every Day By 8:00 Along With Their Disinfection - Once A Quarter.
