Task No. 1 Covers The Following Communes: Brzezinka - Pławy The Scope Of The Service Includes In Particular: 1) Snow Removal, 2) Combating And Eliminating Winter Slipperiness (Black Ice) By Using Roughening Materials For Sprinkling: - Sand And Salt Mixture In The Proportion Of 70% Sand, 30% Salt 3) Carrying Out Other Works And Taking Organizational And Technical Actions Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Subject Of The Order, In Order To Ensure Passability And Passage And Limiting Disruptions To The Flow Of Road Traffic Caused By Snowfall, Sleet, Freezing Drizzle Or Slipperiness, Additional Comments: 1.The Contractor Will Commence The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract Within A Maximum Of 2 Hours From The Time Of Notification By The Ordering Partys Employee.2.In The Event Of Heavy Snowfall Or Sleet, The Contractor Will Immediately Perform The Subject Of The Contract Without Consulting The Employers Employee.3.The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Performed On Working Days, Saturdays, Sundays And Holidays.4.The Contractor Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Obliged To Submit Reports Including The Information Specified In Point. 5 To The Ordering Party Every Business Day (Monday To Friday, Excluding Holidays) Until 11:00, By Phone Or E-Mail, Specifying The Period Of Work Including Information Regarding The Subject Of The Contract Performed On The Previous Day(S) Of Submitting This Report.5.The Report Referred To In Point 4 Should Contain The Following Information: A) Type Of The Completed Subject Of The Contract, B) Date And Time Of Commencement And Completion Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, Divided Into Individual Villages, C) Data Of The Vehicle Carrying Out The Subject Of The Contract In A Given Village, Enabling Its Identification In The Equipment Operation Monitoring System Referred To In § 4 Of This Agreement.6.Failure To Submit The Report By The Contractor Within The Deadline Referred To In Section 4 Or Not Containing The Information Referred To In Section 5 Will Be Tantamount To Failure To Perform The Subject Of The Contract.7. The Contractor Undertakes That On The Date Of Commencement Of The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract, It Will Equip The Vehicles Intended To Perform The Service Specified In The Contract With A Device Ensuring Monitoring Of The Equipments Operation. The Device Is Intended To Record Data Related To Vehicle Operation. The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With Online Access To The Data Stored On The Server And Will Provide The Ordering Party With An Individual Login Account (No Later Than On The Date Of Commencement Of The Subject Of The Contract). The Device Installed On The Vehicles And The Software Should Enable The Ordering Party To Obtain Current (Online) Information Regarding The Vehicles Operation In Terms Of: Route, Speed And Travel Time, Current Location Of The Vehicle And Stopping Places.
