1. The Subject Of The Order Are Services Titled: Cleaning And Sanitary Services In The Resources Of Zbm And Tbs Sp. Z O. O. - Emptying Premises Of Property, Transport To A Warehouse Or Other Premises, Waste Collection And Management, Cleaning Of Premises Intended For Tender For Lease Or Sale, Disinfection After Deaths, Disinfestation, Deodorization2.Scope Of The Order: The Sections Below Correspond To Individual Unit Prices From The Price Calculation Form, Constituting Annex No. 1A To The Swz. Section 1 [Emptying Of Premises With Waste Disposal]: Emptying And Tidying Up Residential And Commercial Premises And Basement Rooms, Together With The Transport Of Property (Including Large-Sized Property) And The Removal And Management Of Waste In The Municipal Installation/Pszok/Waste Landfill In Accordance With The Regulations.• Sections 2-3 [Emptying Of Premises With Relocation Of Property]: Emptying And Tidying Up Residential And Commercial Premises And Basement Rooms, Together With The Transport Of Property (Including Large-Sized Ones) To Another Premises Or Warehouse Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Service Is Performed In Particular In The Case Of Evictions. • Section 4 [Disinfection Of Premises, Including After Death]: Disinfection Of The Premises And - If Necessary - Common Rooms, Also In Connection With The Death (Regardless Of The Passage Of Time Between The Declaration Of Death And The Removal Of The Body). Treatments Using Approved Agents• Section 5 [Disinfestation In Premises]: Extermination Of Harmful Insects (In Particular Flies, Mosquitoes, Fleas, Lice, Bedbugs, Cockroaches) And Their Eggs And Larvae, For Sanitary And Economic Reasons.• Section 6 [Deodorization Of Premises]: Removal Of Bothersome Odors From Residential Premises, Commercial Premises And Other Rooms (E.G. Basements)• Sections 7 And 8 [Cleaning Of Premises Intended For Tender Or Sale]: In Particular Washing Windows And Doors, Cleaning Floors, Removing Cobwebs, Vacuuming And Refreshing Surfaces• Section 9 [Readiness To Provide The Service]: A Flat-Rate Fee For The Contractors Readiness To Provide The Canceled Service (E.G. In The Event Of No Eviction). The Service Is Payable Only On The Basis Of A Written Order To Perform The Service. The Scope Of Each Service Includes The Necessary Loading, Removal, Securing, Transport And Unloading Of Property As Well As Selective Collection, Export And Management Of Waste In Accordance With The Regulations. The Contractor Provides Personnel, Equipment, Materials And Chemicals Approved For Trading, And Carries Out Activities In Accordance With Occupational Health And Safety, Fire Protection, Sanitary And Waste Management Regulations.
