Part I - Delivery And Installation Of Equipment To Improve Accessibility At The Koło City Hall. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery, Assembly And Commissioning Of Equipment To Improve Architectural And Information And Communication Accessibility In The Building Of The Koło City Hall, Entered In The Register Of Monuments. As Part Of Part I, The Contractor Is Obliged To:• Supply And Install Automatic External Defibrillators (Aed) With The Necessary Additional Equipment And Develop Fire Safety Instructions (Ibp) For Facility,• Delivery And Installation Of Induction Loops Supporting Hearing For People With Hearing Impairment,• Delivery And Installation Of Tablets With Dedicated Communication Software To Improve Service For Customers With Special Needs,• Delivery And Installation Of Audio And Visual Signaling Equipment,• Delivery And Installation Of Accessibility Marking Elements, Including Markings In Braille And Contrast Markings,• Delivery And Installation Of Other Elements Of Accessibility Equipment, In Accordance With The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Chairs Evacuation Stations, Electric Desks And Ergonomic Chairs, Typhlographic Plans, Paging System, Stair Markings - Strips, Stripes, Braille Overlays And Information Boards). The Order Is Carried Out In A Facility Entered In The Register Of Monuments, Which Obliges The Contractor To Meet The Requirements Arising From The Act Of July 23, 2003 On The Protection And Care Of Monuments, Including The Obligation To Notify The Intention To Perform The Works Referred To In Art. 36Aa Section 1 Point 4 Of This Act, And Meeting The Documentation Requirements Specified In The Implementing Regulations Issued On The Basis Of This Act. Deliveries And Assembly Will Be Carried Out During The Offices Working Hours. The Detailed Scope And Conditions Of The Order Execution Are Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting An Annex To The Terms Of Reference.
