The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Service Consisting In The Development Of Complete, Mutually Coordinated Design Documentation, Including Construction, Technical And Executive Designs, Prepared By Persons With The Legally Required Construction Licenses, Appropriate To The Scope And Specialization Of The Documentation Being Developed, And Bearing The Required Signatures Of Designers And - In Cases Required By Law - Checking Designers For The Investment Called Construction Of A Multi-Functional Facility With Hiding Places In Mirc, Based On The Architectural And Functional Concept And Materials Provided By The Ordering Party.2.The Documentation Developed Under This Order Will Then Be Used By The Ordering Party To Prepare And Conduct The Public Procurement Procedure For Construction Works. The Contractor Is Therefore Obliged To Develop It In A Way That Allows For A Clear, Comprehensive And Non-Discriminatory Description Of The Future Subject Of The Contract. The Documentation Is Intended To Ensure That Construction Contractors Can Prepare Offers, Prepare Bills Of Quantities And Cost Estimates, And Properly Implement The Investment.
