The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of A Brand New Tractor With A Power Of 100 To 130 Hp Together With A Trailer, Intended To Carry Out Tasks In The Field Of Civil Protection, Civil Defense, Logistics Security And Crisis Response. The Ordering Party Requires That The Individual Elements Of The Set Are Technically Compatible, Mutually Adapted To Cooperate And Enable Safe And Proper Use Of The Trailer With The Offered Tractor. The Offered Tractor And Trailer Must Be: • Brand New, • Unused, • Complete, • Free From Physical And Legal Defects, • Ready For Use As Intended, • Approved For Traffic And Use In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland, • In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And Technical Requirements. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Set To Place Indicated By The Ordering Party And Provide Instructions On Its Operation. The Vehicle Must Be Approved For Traffic On Public Roads In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Chapter Iv Of This Tor - Description Of The Subject Of The Order And In The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement - Chapter Iii To The Tor. The Order Is Implemented As Part Of The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program (Olioc).
