The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services Consisting In The Successive Printing Of Non-Standard Forms For The Needs Of The City Hall In Gdańsk. The Types Of Prints, Their Estimated Circulation Quantities And The Required Technical Parameters Are Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz. As Part Of The Order Execution, The Contractor Will Perform Individual Partial Orders Covering The Types Of Prints Indicated By The Ordering Party. Various Input Variants (Outlay Options) Are Provided For Selected Items, Specified In Detail In The Price Form Constituting Annex No. 2A To The Swz. The Maximum Lead Times For Individual Partial Orders Are 5, 10 Or 15 Business Days, In Accordance With The Requirements Specified For Individual Items In The Price Form. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including Requirements Regarding The Technical Parameters Of Prints, Inputs, Packaging Method And Execution Of Individual Assortment Items, Are Specified In Annex No. 1 To Swz. Detailed Conditions For The Execution Of The Order, Rules For Placing Partial Orders, Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Order And Settlements Are Specified In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 1A To The Swz.
