Part 1: Musical Workshops Melodies Of Memories - 30 Workshops (15 Meetings For Each Of 2 Groups) Total Number Of Participants In The Workshop Up To 50 People, Number Of Workshop Groups: 2 Groups, Number Of Participants In Each Workshop Group Max 25 People. 1 Workshop Min. 1 Teaching Hour (1 Teaching Hour = 45 Min). The Ordering Party Provides: A Room For Conducting Workshops, Tables And Chairs, Access To Electricity, Refreshments For Workshop Participants. Minimum Thematic Scope1. Music Workshops Melodies Of Memories - Max. 30 Workshops1) The Contractor Provides All Materials, Teaching Aids And Equipment Necessary To Conduct Music Workshops, In Particular Musical Instruments (Depending On The Class Program), Equipment For Playing Music, Materials For Rhythmic And Vocal Exercises And Other Accessories Used During The Workshops. 2) The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare And Implement A Workshop Program Including 30 Workshops. 3) During The Workshops, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Information On The Impact Of Music On Well-Being And Memory, Rules For The Safe Use Of Musical Equipment And Adapting Activities To The Participants Abilities, As Well As To Inspire Participants To Actively Participate In Musical Culture And Seek Their Own Musical Inspirations. 4) The Contractor Will Provide Participants With The Opportunity To Actively Participate In The Workshops By Singing Together, Rhythmic Exercises, Playing Simple And Various Musical Instruments Such As Tambourines, Maracas, Rattles, Drums, Bells, Claves (Rhythm Sticks) And Simple Melodic Instruments, As Well As Other Forms Of Musical Expression, Taking Into Account The Age, Fitness And Individual Capabilities And Needs Of The Participants. The Instruments Should Be Safe, Easy To Use And Adapted To The Psychophysical Capabilities Of Seniors. 5) The Workshops Will Be Carried Out Once A Month Throughout The Duration Of The Contract. 6) Additionally, The Contractor Is Obliged To Conduct 2 Special Music Workshops During Christmas Eve Meetings Organized By The Ordering Party, Including The Participants Singing Carols Together: 1 Workshop In December 2026 And 1 Workshop In December 2027.
