The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Partial Expansion And Reconstruction Of The Building Of The Social Welfare Home Anna In Krapkowice At Ul. Ogrodowa 5 With Changes To The Roof Structure And Construction Of A Retaining Wall - Stage. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Execution Of Preparatory And Security Works As Well As Organization Of The Construction Site; 2) Execution Of Demolition And Dismantling Works, Including The Dismantling Of The Roof Covering Together With The Trusses, Cladding And Insulation, Demolition Of The Indicated Walls And Ceilings, Disassembly Of Window Joinery, Steel Elements And The Existing Goods Crane, As Well As Removal And Disposal Of Demolition Materials; 3) Execution Of Earthworks And Foundations;4) Construction Of New Structural Elements, Including Brick And Reinforced Concrete Walls, Columns, Beams, Lintels, Tie Beams, Reinforcement And Reinforced Concrete Ceiling Slabs;5) Performance Of Masonry And Construction Works Related To The Reconstruction Of The Building Layout, Including Bricking Up Openings And Construction Of New Walls And Openings In Accordance With The Design Documentation;6) Performance Of Works Related To The Reconstruction And Overlaying Of Chimneys And Construction Of New Chimney Caps;7) Execution Of Sleepers, Insulation Moisture And Thermal Insulation As Well As New Floors Within The Scope Of Stage I;8) Construction Of Insulating And Waterproof Layers Of The Roof Along With Sheet Metal Flashings And Drainage Elements;9) Installation Of Roof Elements, Including Windows And Roof Hatches, Fanlights, Smoke Exhaust Flap And Technical Ladder;10) Performance Of Plastering, Painting And Finishing Works To The Extent Specified In The Design Documentation;11) Performance Of All Accompanying Works And Reconstruction Works Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of Stage I, Including The Required Tests, Examinations, Measurements And Technical Acceptance; 12) Tidying Up The Construction Site And Providing The Ordering Party With As-Built Documentation Regarding The Scope Of Work Performed. Due To The Works Being Carried Out In The Area Of An Active Complex Of Social Welfare Facilities, The Execution Of The Order Will Take Place While Maintaining The Following Conditions: 1) Ensuring Uninterrupted Operation Of The Care And Housing Center In Krapkowice And Minimizing The Nuisance Related To The Work Carried Out Works, In Particular By Ensuring The Continuity Of Utilities And Supplies, 2) Ensuring The Possibility Of Uninterrupted Entry And Exit From The Care And Housing Center From The Side Of Ul. Throughout The Entire Period Of The Works. 3-Go Maja, 3) Effective Fencing Of The Construction Site Before The Commencement Of The Works And Maintaining Security Throughout The Investment Implementation Period, 4) Carrying Out The Works In A Way That Limits The Nuisance To The Owner Of The Neighboring Property (Plot No. 4383), Including Informing In Advanc
