The Subject Of The Order Is Construction Work Consisting In Hardening The Area With Paving Stones For Plot No.: 513/4; 514/2; 517/ 3 And 518/ 5 At The Volunteer Fire Department Building In Chrząchów. The Investment Includes, Among Others: 1) Preparatory And Measurement Works; 2) Demolition Works Of The Existing Degraded Surface Made Of Aggregate And Asphalt, Existing Hardening Made Of Paving Stones And Other Elements In Accordance With The Bill Of Quantities; 3) Execution Of Earthworks Related To The Construction Of A Trough For The Structural Layers Of The Designed Paving Stone Surface Concrete; 4) Placing Concrete Edges On Concrete Benches Made Of C8/10 Concrete Limiting The Designed Surface From The Green Areas; 5) Installing A Concrete Palisade H = 80 Cm (5 Sections Of 3 Meters Each) Within The Existing Basement Windows On The Western Side Of The Building; 6) Making Layers Of Cement-Stabilized Sand Foundation Within The Designed Paving Stone Surface; 7) Building The Designed Surface With Thick Concrete Paving Stones .6 Cm; 8) Vertical Regulation Of Underground Equipment Wells; 9) Topsoil And Sowing Of Green Areas With Grass In A Strip Of 1.0 M Behind The Edge; 10) Tidying Up The Construction Site The Scope Of Work And The Contractors Responsibility Within The Scope Of The Proposed Offer Price Also Includes: 11) Organization And Development Of The Construction Site, 12) Organizing The Construction Facilities And The Supply Of Utilities (Electricity, Water, Etc.) Or Paying Fees For The Consumption Of Electricity And Water For The Purposes Of Construction And Facilities, According To Meter Readings Or Arrangements - In The Case Of Using The Ordering Partys Installation, 13) Marking And Securing The Works Performed And Ensuring Safety At The Construction Site, 14) Organizing And Carrying Out The Necessary Tests, Examinations And Acceptances, As Well As Possibly Supplementing The Acceptance Documentation For The Scope Of Works Covered By The Subject Of The Order, 15) Providing Surveying Services By Authorized Surveying Services, Including Marking Out In The Field And As-Built Inventory,16) Waste Management - The Contractor Is Obliged To Transport Garbage And Material Waste To The Landfill On His Own. The Costs Related To Landfill Fees Are Borne By The Contractor. The Contractor Undertakes To Perform All The Obligations Of The Producer And Holder Of Waste Within The Meaning Of The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste.
