The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Multi-Discipline Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Along With Obtaining A Building Permit And The Execution Of Construction Works Along With Obtaining An Occupancy Permit For The Construction Of An Observation Tower On The Tourist Trail Along With The Accompanying Infrastructure As Part Of The Investment Project Titled Development Of Sustainable Tourism In The Sulejów Commune. Material Scope (Ffu 2.1.4) - Design And Construction Of: • An Observation Tower With A Height Of Approximately 20 Meters, With The Provision That The Upper Observation Deck Is To Be Located 2 M Above The Tree Crown, • Small Architecture, • Lighting, • Monitoring. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In The Functional And Utility Program (Hereinafter Referred To As Ffu) And The Application For Co-Financing. The Investment Is Implemented Under The Measure Feld.05.05. Of The Regional Program European Funds For Łódź 2021 - 2027. Agreement On Co-Financing Of Project No. Feld.05.05-Iz.00-0009/25-00 Entitled Development Of Sustainable Tourism In The Sulejów Commune. The Documentation Includes In Particular: A Map For Design Purposes, Necessary Geological/Geotechnical Research, Land Development Design, Architectural And Construction Design And Technical Designs, Stwiorb, Bills Of Quantities, Investor Cost Estimates And Bioz Information. On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, The Contractor Obtains All Conditions, Arrangements, Permits, Opinions And Decisions Necessary To Carry Out The Works, And As A Result, The Final Decision On The Construction Permit. Construction Works Will Be Carried Out As Part Of Funding Received From The Feld Program For Łódź 2021-2027.
