1. The Subject Of The Order Is Strengthening The Cyber Resistance Of It And Ot Networks And Business Continuity In The Company Koźmińskie Usługi Komunalne Sp. Z O. O. Through The Implementation Of Key Technical Measures And Development Of Competences. The Order Includes - Organizational And Competence Area - Development, Implementation, Review And Update Of The Information Security Management System (Isms), Development And Implementation Of The Business Continuity Management System (Szcd), Conducting Cybersecurity Audits, Organization And Conducting Training In The Field Cybersecurity.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 2 - Opz To This Order Specification. The Minimum Requirements, Including Technical, Security, Testing And Training Requirements, Are Specified In The Documents Of This Procedure.3. Any Names, Trademarks, Patents, Origin, Source Or Specific Process Provided In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Are Not Intended To Violate Art Specifying Quality, Functional And Technological Expectations. If In The Specification Of Terms Of Order (Swz) Or Its Annexes - In Particular In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Appendix No. 2 To The Swz, Hereinafter Referred To As: Opz) - The Subject Of The Order Is Described By Indicating Trademarks, Patents, Origin, Source Or Specific Process (In Accordance With Article 99(4) And (5) Of The Public Procurement Law), Or By Reference To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems (In Accordance With Article 101, Section 1, Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law), The Ordering Party Allows Offering Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. Each Time A Specific Standard Is Referenced In The Swz Or Its Annexes, It Should Be Assumed That The Phrase Or Equivalent Was Used In Reference To It. A Contractor Who Refers To Solutions Equivalent To Those Described By The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Prove In The Offer - In Particular By Means Of Evidence - That The Proposed Services Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Appendix No. 2 To The Swz) To An Extent No Less Than The Solutions Described In The Swz And Opz (Pursuant To Article 101(5) Of The Public Procurement Law). The Burden Of Demonstrating Equivalence Rests With The Contractor. It Is Allowed To Offer Equivalent Solutions Provided That: (1) They Guarantee The Execution Of The Order In Accordance With The Quality, Functional And Operational Assumptions Contained In The Opz And Swz; (2) Will Ensure The Achievement Of Technical, Technological And Quality Parameters At Least Equal To The Parameters Assumed In The Opz; (3) Will Enable Full Implementation Of Deliveries And Implementation Specified In The Cybersafe Waterworks Grant Project, Financed From The Funds Of The National Reconstruction And Resilience Plan (Kpo), Priority C3 Cybersecurity, Measure C3.1.1 Cyberpl; (4) Will Ensure Full Compat
