The Subject Of The Order Includes Construction Works Consisting In The Modernization Of The Swimming Pool Water Disinfection System In The Building Of The Thermal Swimming Pool Complex In Mszczonów. The Modernization Involves Replacing The Dosing System Of The Existing Disinfectant In The Form Of Chlorine Gas With Sodium Hypochlorite. The Investor Of The Construction Works Is The Sports And Recreation Center In Mszconów, Ul. Warszawska 52, 96-320 Mszczonów.2.The Subject Of The Order Is Carried Out On The Basis Of The Contract Template (Appendix No. 7 To The Swz), Design Documentation (Appendix No. 8 To The Swz), Stwoirb (Appendix No. 9 To The Swz). Moreover, The Contractor Is Obliged To Include, As Part Of The Construction Work In Question, The Use Of Two Previously Unused Dosing Tanks With A Capacity Of 1000 L Each, Equipped With A Cap And A Protective Tank, Purchased By The Ordering Party.3. The Applicable Remuneration For The Contractor Will Be A Lump Sum Remuneration.4. Pursuant To Art. 281 Section 2 Point 12) Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Carry Out An On-Site Visit: A) The Ordering Party Requires The Submission Of An Offer After An On-Site Visit At The Place Of Execution Of The Order. The Purpose Of The Visit Is For The Contractor To Familiarize Himself With The Existing Technical Condition Of The Facility And Installation, As Well As The Scope Of Work Related To The Modernization Of The Swimming Pool Water Disinfection System. A Site Visit Is Mandatory. B) The Visit Will Take Place On: - October 1, 2026 At 10.00 - 06/10/2026 10.00. The Meeting Of The Participants Of The Site Visit Will Be At Ul. Street Warszawska 52 In Mszczonów, Then The Participants Of The On-Site Visit Will Go To The Place Where The Order Will Be Carried Out. C) During The Visit, The Ordering Party Will Prepare A Report With An Attendance List. Each Representative Of The Contractors Who Took Part In The Visit Is Obliged To Sign The Protocol. Lack Of Signature Of The Contractors Representative Indicating The Name Of The Contractor Will Be Treated As Failure To Carry Out An On-Site Visit And Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer In Accordance With Art. 226 Section 1 Point 18 Of The Public Procurement Law. D) In The Case Of Contractors Jointly Applying For The Contract, The Participation Of One Of The Contractors Jointly Applying For The Contract Will Be Sufficient.
