All Requirements Specified In The Swz Constitute Minimum Requirements (Technical And Qualitative), And Their Fulfillment Is Obligatory.3.As Part Of The Delivery, The Contractor Is Obliged In Particular To: A) Sell And Deliver The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With Annex No. 1 To The Contract, B) Deliver Equipment And Equipment Free From Defects, Brand New, Unused, Technically Efficient And Complete, Along With All Installation Materials, Auxiliary Elements And Other Components Necessary For The Proper Functioning Of The Developed Solutions And Systems, Without The Need For The Ordering Party To Make Additional Purchases Or Investments, And Its Assembly, Installation, Configuration And Commissioning, C) Ensure Proper Operation Supplied Equipment And Accessories - Carrying Out All Necessary Configurations, Start-Ups And Tests For This Purpose, D) Conducting Free Training For All Persons Designated By The Ordering Party In The Scope Of Basic Operation And Operation Of The Subject Of The Contract, E) Providing The Ordering Party With Warranty Documents Issued By The Manufacturers Of The Supplied Equipment And Equipment In Polish Or With A Translation Into Polish, F) Providing The Operating Instructions For The Supplied Equipment And Equipment In Polish Or With A Translation Into Polish, G) Providing A Quality Guarantee For The Subject Of The Order For The Period Indicated In The Offer And Extension Of The Warranty Period For Physical Defects To A Period Equal To The Warranty From The Date Of Receipt Of The Subject Of The Contract.** - Offer Evaluation Criteria.3.The Order In Question Concerns The Operation Titled: Retrofitting The Municipal Cultural Center In Grabica, For Which The Grabica Commune Received Funding From The European Union, From The European Agricultural Fund For Rural Development.
