1. The Subject Of Part 1 Of The Order Is The Delivery And Assembly Of Furniture For The Municipal And Communal Social Welfare Center In Zagórz.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order In The Scope Of Part 1, Including A List Of The Minimum Required Technical And Operational Parameters, Of The Subject Of The Order Is Described In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 1 To Swz.3. Equivalent Solutions. If The Ordering Party In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Indicated Trademarks, Patents Or Origins, Sources Or A Specific Process That Characterizes Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, This Should Be Understood As Accompanied By The Term Or Equivalent. It Is Allowed To Offer Solutions Equivalent To Those Described - I.E. Maintaining The Same Minimum Technical, Quality And Functional Parameters. A Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. In Such A Case, The Contractor Attaches To The Offer A List Of Equivalent Solutions Along With Its Description Or Standards. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes References To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, It Should Be Understood That They Are Accompanied By The Term Or Equivalent, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions Described In Point 1. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Refers To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party May Not Reject The Offer Just Because The Offered Supplies Do Not Comply With The Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems To Which The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Refers, Provided That The Contractor Proves In The Offer That The Proposed Solutions Equally Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Refers To The Performance Or Functionality Requirements Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contracting Authority May Not Reject An Offer Compliant With The Polish Standard Transposing A European Standard, Standards Of Other Member States Of The European Economic Area Transposing European Standards, With A European Technical Assessment, With A Common Technical Specification, With An International Standard Or With A Technical Reference System Established By A European Standardization Body, If These Standards, Regarding Performance Or Functionality Specified By The Contracting Authority, Provided That The Contractor Proves In The Offer That The Delivery Meets The Requirements R
