1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of Construction Works As Part Of The Investment Task Titled: Expansion Of The Intersection Of District Roads No. 1513G (Ul. Lipowa) And 1511G (Ul. Pucka) In Żelistrzewo. The Scope Of The Order Includes Construction Works Related To The Expansion Of Sections Of District Roads 1513G And 1511G In Żelistrzewo. The Investment Is Located In The Pomeranian Voivodeship, In The Puck District, In The Puck Commune. The Existing Road On The Reconstruction Section Has A Bituminous Surface. There Are Exits At The Access Points To Adjacent Properties, And Intersections At The Intersections With Existing Roads.2.As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform Construction Works, Including In Particular: 1) Earthworks, Including Leveling The Area, Excavations, Backfilling Of Excavations And Leveling The Area; 2) Construction Of Road Structures And Surfaces; 3) Construction Of Exits; 4) Construction Of Sidewalks; 5) Construction Of A Roundabout With An Overrun Ring And A Central Island; 6) Construction Of A Rainwater Drainage System With Inlets, Manholes And Sewers, And Connection To The Existing Storm Sewage System;7) Reconstruction Of The Medium-Pressure Gas Pipeline Dn63 Pe To The Extent Specified In The Design Documentation;8) Protection Of Existing Technical Infrastructure Networks, Including The Construction Of Two-Part Protective Pipes;9) Relocation Of A Low-Voltage Power Pole In Connection With The Construction Of A Roundabout;10) Construction Of Road Lighting With Led Luminaires And Illumination Of Pedestrian Crossings, Poles, Foundations, Pole Signs And Cables;11) Construction Of Vertical Markings And Horizontal;12) Restoring The Lawns And Tidying Up The Area After The Completion Of The Works;13) Performing All Accompanying And Reconstruction Works Necessary For The Complete Execution Of The Subject Of The Order.3.The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Presented In: A.
