Węgrowska 5.07-106 Miedzna - 1,000 Liters The Supplied Fuel Oil Should Be Of Quality Class I And Meet The Following Quality Conditions Specified In The Relevant Standard And Be Characterized By The Following Parameters: A) Calorific Value Not Lower Than: 42.60 Mj/Kgb) Density At A Temperature Of 15O C Not Higher Than: 900 Kg/M3 C) Kinematic Viscosity At A Temperature Of 20 O C Not Greater Than: 6.0 Mm2/Sd) Ignition Temperature Not Lower Than: 56O Ce) Pour Point Not Higher Than: (-20O C)F) Fractional Composition:• Up To A Temperature Of 250Oc Not More Than 65% (V/V) Is Distilled• Up To A Temperature Of 350Oc Not Less Than 85% (V/V)• Residue After Coking In 10% Of The Distillation Residue Not More Than 0.30% (M/M)• Residue After Ashing 0.010% (M/M)• Sulfur Content Not More Than 0.10% (M/M)• Water Content Not More Than 200Mg/Kg• Total Contaminant Content Not More Than 24Mg/Kg2) Deliveries Will Be Made Successively, In Stages, According To The Needs Of The Final Recipient, On Dates, Quantities And Places Designated By The Final Recipient On The Basis Of The Order Submitted By Telephone Or Electronically.3) The Contractor Will Deliver Fuel Oil Between 8:00 A.M. And 3:00 P.M., Within No More Than 3 Days From The Date Of Notification Of The Demand By The Final Recipient.4) Each Delivery Must Be Accompanied By A Quality Certificate Of The Delivered Batch Of Oil, Issued By The Manufacturer.5) The Final Recipient Will Not Bear Any Other Costs, Apart From Those Mentioned By The Contractors In The Submitted Offers.6) The Subject Of The Order Also Includes Transport, Loading And Unloading Of The Oil. Fuel.7) The Quantities Specified In The Table Are Estimates Only. Deliveries Of Fuel Oil Are Expected Until The Contractual Amount Is Exhausted.8) Final Recipients Will Conclude Separate Detailed Contracts Resulting From These Proceedings.9) The Contractor Is Obliged To Properly Secure The Goods During Transport, For Which He Bears Full Responsibility.10) Payment Will Be Made By Bank Transfer To The Contractors Bank Account Indicated In The Vat Invoice, Within 21 Days From The Date Of Receipt By The Final Recipient Of A Correctly Issued Invoice.
