The Contracting Authority Hereby Introduces A Dynamic Purchasing System (Hereinafter Referred To As Dns) In Accordance With § 138 To 140A Zzvz, On The Awarding Of Public Contracts (Hereinafter Referred To As Zzvz). Dns Is Intended For The Repeated Awarding Of Public Contracts, The Subject Of Which Is The Continuous Supply Of Aggregates And Crushed Stone (Collection Without Transport). Inclusion Of A Supplier In The Dns Is Possible Based On A Request For Participation Submitted When The Dns Is Announced Or At Any Time During Its Duration. The Subject Of Public Contracts Awarded Within The Framework Of Dns Are Continuous Supplies Of Aggregates For Winter And Summer Road Maintenance, In Particular Aggregate Fractions: • 2–4 Mm, • 4–8 Mm, • 8–11 Mm. Detailed Technical Requirements For Individual Earthenware Fractions Will Always Be Set Out In The Call For Tenders For The Relevant Sub-Public Contract Entered Within The Dns.
