Engineering Services – Tds And Health And Safety Coordinator – Reconstruction Of The Runway And Adjacent Operational Areas Of The Leoš Janáček Ostrava Airport. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Provision Of Technical Supervision Services Of The Builder And The Osh Coordinator During The Implementation Of The Construction Reconstruction Of The Take-Off And Landing Runway And Subsequent Operational Areas Of The Leoš Janáček Ostrava Airport (Hereinafter Referred To As Construction) Incl. Ensuring The Necessary Decisions. The Subject Of Performance Is Therefore The Performance Of The Technical Supervision Of The Builder In Accordance With Act No. 283/2021 Coll., The Construction Act, As Amended (Hereinafter Referred To As The Construction Act) And The Coordinator Of Safety And Health Protection At Work On The Construction Site In Accordance With Act No. 309/2006 Coll., Which Regulates Other Requirements For Safety And Health Protection At Work In Labor Relations And On Ensuring Safety And Health Protection During Activities Or The Provision Of Services Outside Labor Relations (Act On Ensuring Additional Conditions Of Safety And Health Protection At Work) As Amended (Hereinafter Referred To As The Occupational Health And Safety Act). The Subject Of The Construction Is The Reconstruction Of Existing And The Construction Of New Operating Areas And Equipment To Increase The Safety Of Air Traffic At Leoš Janáček Ostrava Airport.
