Services For Recycling Of Computer Office Equipment, Peripherals And Other Devices. Purpose Of Purchase: Waste Disposal Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Environmental Code Of The Republic Of Kazakhstan And Sanitary Norms And Rules In Force In The Republic Of Kazakhstan And Other Regulations Establishing The Requirements For The Service Provided. Description Of Required Services. The Supplier Undertakes To Provide Services For The Disposal Of Computer Office Equipment, Peripherals And Other Devices At The State Enterprise “School Of Arts” Of The State Education Department For The Koksu District Of The Education Department For The Zhetisu Region Strictly In Accordance With The Customer’S Application. The Application Is Submitted Through The Government Procurement Web Portal And Includes A List Of Equipment To Be Disposed Of.The Supplier Undertakes To Accept The Written-Off Fixed Assets (Units) Transferred Under The Acceptance Certificate For Disposal And To Provide The Customer With Disposal Services In Accordance With The Submitted Application. The Application Is Submitted Through The Government Procurement Web Portal And Includes A List Of Equipment To Be Disposed Of.Removal, Transportation, Unloading/Loading, Disassembly, Dismantling (If Necessary), Disposal At The Suppliers Landfill Of Written-Off Fixed Assets Is Carried Out By The Supplier At The Expense Of This Agreement From The Customers Address Specified In The Application. After Providing The Service, The Supplier Must Provide The Customer With A Property Destruction (Disposal) Certificate (2 Copies). Certificate Of Acceptance Of Waste Transfer For Disposal All Documents Are Prepared In Paper Form In 2 (Two) Copies. Upon Completion Of Disposal Of Fixed Assets, The Contractor Provides Disposal Certificates For Each Unit Of Fixed Assets, Indicating The Inventory Number. The Disposal Document Must Be Submitted Within 3 Working Days From The Date Of Signing The Recycling Acceptance Certificate.
