Request for Quotation for RFQ-Framework Agreement for the Provision of Digital Marketing Services (On-Call) Bidding Opens on: 25 September 2026 Due on: 07 October 2026 Estimated Value: AED 0 - 0 Tender Details: The Department of Municipalities and Transport (DMT) is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced digital marketing agencies to establish a three-year Framework Agreement for the provision of integrated digital marketing and social media management services. The appointed agency will be responsible for developing and executing strategic, audience-focused, and performance-driven digital campaigns that strengthen public awareness and understanding of DMTs role and contributions across Abu Dhabi. The scope covers end-to-end management of DMTs social media channels, including strategy development, content creation and production, social media management, community engagement, campaign execution, influencer management, employee advocacy, paid media management, crisis communications, reporting, and performance analytics. The agency will be required to provide a dedicated on-ground team in Abu Dhabi supported by specialist back-end resources to ensure continuous strategic and operational support. The selected agency must demonstrate experience working with government entities and complex multi-stakeholder environments, with proven capability in producing high-quality bilingual content, delivering measurable digital performance, and executing campaigns that achieve strong organic reach, engagement, shareability, and audience impact. The framework agreement will operate on an on-call basis, whereby DMT may issue Assignment Orders or Work Orders as required throughout the contract period.
