General Procurement Notice for consultancy services for the Nigeria Sovereign Fibre (Bridge) Project Funding Details The above named client intends to use part of the proceeds of a loan from/grant administered by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank) towards the cost of the above named project. Additional financing information: A 22 Million EUR grant from the European Union and 500,000 Euro grant from the EBRD Shareholder Funds will be provided in addition to a 100 Million loan into the SPV. 2. Information on the Project Project Description: Only Grant financed Consultancy services (for up to 22,5 Mio EUR) for the Nigeria Sovereign Fibre Project will be procured under EBRD Procurement Policies and Rules. Estimated Total Project Value 22,500,000.00 Currency EUR Procurement Type Consultancy Estimated Start Date of Procurement 11/05/2026. 3. Other Information Consultancy Contracts will be subject to the Banks Procurement Policies and Rules and are open for participation for firms from any country, unless otherwise specified in the procurement documents.
