Tenders are invited for Transport of Asphalt from Asphalt Plant at Kotmale Bid Security (Rs.): 1,000,000.00 Non-refundable Tender Fee with Taxes & VAT (Rs.) : 20,000.00 Complete set of Bidding documents shall be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to Deputy Director General (Procurement Management), Procurement Management Division, Road Development Authority, 4th floor, Maganeguma Mahamedura, No. 216, Denzil Kobbekaduwa Mawatha, Koswatta, Battaramulla from 24.09.2026 until 14.10.2026 during 09:00 hrs to 15:00 hrs upon payment of non-refundable Tender fee as mentioned in below table (With all taxes & VAT) by depositing to the Bank of Ceylon - Corporate Branch Account Number 0000001943 in favour of Director General, Road Development Authority for each contract. The original payment slip should be produced when purchasing the Bid Documents. Bid shall be valid for 91 calendar days (14.01.2026) from the date of closing of the Bid & each Bid shall be accompanied by a Bid security, which addressed to Director General, Road Development Authority (Valid up to 11.02.2027) for the amount mentioned above. Any bid not accompanied by a valid Bid Security will be rejected. The Bid Security should be enclosed in the Bid.
