Tenders are invited for Transport of Asphalt from Asphalt Plant at Medawachchiya Bid Security (Rs.): 1,200,000.00 Non-refundable Tender Fee with Taxes & VAT (Rs.) : 20,000.00 Bid shall be valid for 91 calendar days (14.01.2026) from the date of closing of the Bid & each Bid shall be accompanied by a Bid security, which addressed to Director General, Road Development Authority (Valid up to 11.02.2027) for the amount mentioned above. Any bid not accompanied by a valid Bid Security will be rejected. The Bid Security should be enclosed in the Bid.
