The Subject Of This Public Contract Is The Provision Of Transport Services In The Territory Of The City Of Bystřice Nad Pernštejnem By Operating Public Transport, To The Extent Specified In The Annexes To This Tender Documentation.The Estimated Annual Range Of Transport Performance Is Approximately 45,600 Vehicle Kilometres. Pursuant To § 100, Paragraph 1 Of The Zzvz, The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Change The Scope Of The Transport Performance During Performance According To Its Current Transport Needs, In Particular By Changing Timetables, Routes, Lines Or Connections. The Range Of Transport Performance In One Calendar Year Will Be At Least 30,000 Vehicle Kilometers And At Most 60,000 Vehicle Kilometers. The Timetables Contained In The Procurement Documentation Represent The Expected Scope Of Transport At The Start Of Performance.The Selected Supplier Will Ensure A Smooth Takeover And Continuous Provision Of The Service From The First Day Of The Contracts Effectiveness, Including The Provision Of The Necessary Authorizations, Vehicles, Personnel, Technical And Operational Facilities, Passenger Check-In, Fare Collection, Revenue Registration And Cooperation In The Integration Of Transport Into The Vdv System.
