The Wetting Drum Is A Rotary Device Designed Especially For Loosening Bales Of Collection Paper While Simultaneously Supplying Wetting Water And Will Connect To A Belt Conveyor Dosing The Material Into The Drum Hopper. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Public Contract And The Technical Requirements Are Set Out In Annex C – Technical Specification Of The Subject Of The Contract And In Annex D – Drawing Documentation.
