Descriptionbackground Aukra Municipality Is Located On The Romsdal Coast And Has A Population Of Approximately 3,800. The Municipality Consists Of Both Mainland And Islands, And Has A Rich Cultural Offer With Active Voluntary Groups And Organisations. Aukra Municipality Hereby Invites A Competition For The Provision Of Services As Assistant Project Manager (Apl) / Building Owners Representative (Bho) And Sha Coordinator In The Planning And Execution Phase For The Project Aukra Sports Hall. The Sha Coordinator Role Will Also Include Four Smaller Projects: Upgrading Riksfjord School, Renovation Of Vacated Purpose-Built Buildings, Renovation Of Riksfjord School And Riksfjord Sports Park - Outdoor Worker. The Aukra Sports Hall Project Is In An Early Phase And Is Scheduled To Be Completed By The End Of 2028. The Developer For The Projects Is Aukra Municipality. The Basis For The Competition Consists Of: · Invitation To Tender · Tender Form · Performance Description Description Of The Assignment Apl Must Also Have The Role Of Bho And Assist Pl As Needed And Desired By The Client. Different Resources Must Be Offered For The Roles Of Apl/Bho And Sha Coordinator. Apl/Bho Must/Can Act As Aukra Municipalitys Representative In The Aukra Sports Hall Project Towards The Contractor, Users, Public Bodies And The Like. Requirements And Examples Of Benefits From The Developers Representative Appear In The Attached Description Of Benefits. The Performance Description Is Indicative. Tasks Can Be Further Specified Before Entering Into A Contract And Must Be Expected To Be Adjusted Continuously In Line With The Projects Needs. The Assignment Is Remunerated After Elapsed Time Based On Agreed Hourly Rates. Hours Must Only Be Invoiced For Time Elapsed For Work Performed. The Supplier Must Provide The Necessary Capacity, Experience, Professional And Technical Expertise To Carry Out The Assignment. The Sha Coordinator Must Also Cover The Projects: · Upgrading Riksfjord School · Renovation Riksfjord School · Renovation After Moving Purpose-Built Building · Riksfjord Sports Park - Outdoor Worker. The Client Reserves The Right To Use Apl/Bho Also On These Projects If The Need Arises. An Environmental Mapping Report And Reuse Mapping Have Been Prepared For Both Remediation Projects. Simultaneous Building And Construction Work Is Planned For 3 Of The Projects At The Same Time That Aukra Arena (9-A-Side Football Hall) Will Be In Use. It Is Therefore Important That The Sha Coordinator Makes Good Sha Plans For The Projects And Follows Them Up Well During The Ongoing Building And Construction Activity Which Will Be In The Period Q1-Q2 In 2027. There Will Be Weekly Follow-Up On Site During This Period. The Riksfjord Stadium - Athletics Facility And Artificial Turf Project Is Ongoing, And A Contract Has Been Signed With Main Contractor Odd Småge As. The Project Has Been Designed And Should Be Completed By The Summer Holidays 2027. The Project Riksfjord Stadium – Athletics Facility And Artificial Turf Is Not Part Of The Assignment.
