Student Pc . Descriptionbackground And Purpose The Current Agreement Expires In October 2026 And There Is A Need For A New Agreement. The Purpose Of The Framework Agreement Is To Ensure Innlandet County Council A Comprehensive And Cost-Effective Solution For The Acquisition, Delivery And Management Of Student Pcs For Upper Secondary Education. The Solution Must Support The Curriculum And Digital Learning Processes In A Way That Provides Students With Stable, Functional And Educationally Relevant Work Tools Throughout The School Year. The Students Keep The Pc After Finishing School. It Is Planned To Enter Into Parallel Framework Agreements With 3 Suppliers (Provided That There Are At Least 3 Offers That Can Be Accepted). The Three Providers Who Have The Best Ratio Between Price And Quality, Cf. The Award Criteria, Will Be Selected As Suppliers. The Winner Of The Competition On The Framework Agreement Gets A Contract For Delivery In 2027. Thereafter, A Mini-Competition Is Held Every Year. If Only 1 Offer Is Accepted, The Duration Of The Framework Agreement Will Be Limited To One Year, I.E. Delivery In 2027. The Framework Agreement Must Provide Predictability In Both Price And Quality, While At The Same Time Facilitating Flexibility In The Event Of Technological Changes And Adaptations To Teaching Needs. Good Logistics, High Delivery Precision And Easy Handling For The Schools Are Central, So That The Pupils Get Access To The Equipment At The Right Time And With Minimal Administrative Burden For The County Council. The Agreement Shall Ensure A Uniform, Efficient And Traceable Process For The Registration, Processing And Conclusion Of All Cases Relating To Student Pcs (Complaints, Insurance, Warranty, Repair/Replacement) So That The Schools And Ict Personnel Have Predictable Response Times, Repair Times And A Clear Status Throughout The Cases Life Cycle. On Delivery For 2027, The Machines Must Be Delivered With The Operating System Ms Windows 11 Pro Education Or Newer, As This Is Necessary To Ensure Compatibility With The Clients Existing System Portfolio And Management. During The Contract Period, There May Be A Need To Acquire Clients Based On Other Operating Systems, Including Apple Mac. The Supplier Must Be Able To Offer Relevant Products In Line With This If The Need Arises.
