Description The Client Needs To Acquire The Following Waste Disposal Vehicles: 5 Bottom-Emptied Crane Trucks (Subcontract 1) 1 Bottom-Emptied Crane Truck With Washing Solution (Subcontract 2) The Vehicles Must Use Biogas As Fuel. If Possible, The Vehicles Are To Be Delivered During 2027. Service Agreements Must Also Be Entered Into For The Various Vehicle Types. The Length Of The Service Agreements Is 7 Years, With An Option To Extend Further If Necessary. Further Description Of The Procurement Can Be Found In The Requirement Specification (Appendix 1). The Procurement Is Carried Out In Accordance With Act 17 June 2016 No. 73 On Public Procurement (Loa) And Regulation 12 August 2016 No. 974 On Public Procurement (Foa) Parts I And Iii. The Competition Is Conducted As An Open Tender, Cf. Foa § 13-1 (1). In This Competition There Is No Opportunity To Negotiate. Consequently, There Is No Occasion To Change The Offer After The Offer Deadline Has Expired. The Supplier Is Strongly Encouraged To Follow The Instructions Given In The Procurement Documents And, If Necessary, Ask Questions In The Event Of Ambiguities To The Contact Person Via Mercell.
