The Kennesaw State University (Using Agency), A Unit Of The Board Of Regents Of The University System Of Georgia (Owner), On Behalf Of The Ksu Campus Operations Division (Cod) Is Seeking Statements Of Qualifications From Firms Interested In Providing Task Order Contractor Services Via The Construction Manager/General Contractor Format Utilizing Lump Sum And Gmp Sum Contract Pricing) For Certain Interior And Exterior Painting Projects For Various Facilities And Locations At Ksu. This Request For Qualifications (Rfq) Seeks To Identify Qualified Potential Providers Of The Following Services: Qualifications And A Minimum Of 5 Years¿ Experience In Interior/Exterior Commercial Paint Products And Application Procedures Including: Latex And Oil-Based Paints, Primers, Sealers And Coatings; Elastomeric Coatings; Exterior Cleaning/Washing Products And Procedures (High- And Low-Pressure Systems); Lead-B Sed Paint Remediation, Containment, And Disposal. The Contractor Shall Have The Ability To Perform Carpentry And Masonry Repairs As Required To Provide A Suitable Substrate For Coating Applications And Ability To Safely Operate Aerial Lifts And/Or Provide Rope Access To Ensure Project Completion.
