This Tender Concerns Participation In The Project Dometek Under The Management Of The Technical University Of Denmark (Dtu). The Project Is Carried Out By Dtu With The Participation Of Several Subcontractors And Runs Until The End Of April, 2029.The Purpose Of The Project Is To Document The Methane Emissions At Farm Level (Stable + Warehouse) When These Measures Are Implemented, With Sufficient Precision And Robustness To Be Included In Denmarks National Emissions Inventory. The Emissions Measurements Are Carried Out Over A Full Calendar Year, So That The Documentation Includes Relevant Seasonal Variations And Operating Conditions, Reflects Farm Practice And Ensures Transferability To A National Scale. In The Project, Absolute Methane Emissions Are Determined From Farms With, Respectively, Frequent Venting (New Reference Practice), Biogasification Of Manure And Acidification Of Manure, Which Represent Mature Technologies Developed, Tested And Implemented On Danish Pig Farms, Whereby The Reduction Potential For Full-Scale Use Is Achieved. A Total Of 240 Emission Measurements Are Carried Out On 40 Pig Farms Covering Three Farm Practices. Only Trace Gas Measurements (The Tdm Method) Are Used To Determine Methane Emissions. The Projects Main Results Are Annual Methane Emission Rates, Emission Factors And Reduction Efficiencies That Are Representative Of The Three Farm Practices.This Delivery (Part Contract 1) Includes:- Carrying Out Trace Gas Measurements To Determine Total Methane Emissions From 10 Farms With 6 Measurements Spread Over A Calendar Year (60 Measurements).- Agricultural Advice - Including: Selection Of Farms For Measurement Of Methane Emissions As Well As Obtaining Data From Farms On Farm Size Etc., Assessment Of Season And Diurnal Variation In Methane Emissions And Determination Of Methane Emission Factors.
