The City Of Warendorf Is Planning To Renovate The Dechant Wessing School In Warendorf-Hoetmar, Dechant-Wessing-Straße 28. The Construction Site Is Accessed Via Rövkamp Street. The Original School Was Built In 1900 And Is A Listed Building, Extensions Were Added Around 1950 And 1960. The Overall Measure Will Be Carried Out In Two Construction Phases And Advertised Separately. The Listed School Is The 1St Section. This Will Be Cleared At The End Of October 2026 And The Students Will Have Moved Into A Temporary Facility (Mobile Room Units). Construction Measure 1.Ba Must Be Completed By The End Of October 2027. The User Then Moves From The Building Parts Of The Planned 2Nd Building Into The Monument. The Work Then Begins There, Which Is To Be Completed As A Separately Tendered Construction Project By The End Of November 2028.
