The City Of Dortmund Pursues The Goal Of Actively Supporting The Energy Transition And The Transformation Of The Building Stock At District Level. The Results Of Municipal Heat Planning Show That There Is Considerable Potential For Reducing Energy Consumption, Reducing Greenhouse Gas Emissions And Switching To Renewable Energy Sources, Particularly In Private Buildings. Individual Owners, Housing Companies, Traders And Other Local Actors Face Complex Technical, Economic And Organizational Challenges. The Implementation Of Appropriate Measures Requires In Particular The Activation And Support Of These Different Target Groups. There Is A Great Need For Information, Advice, Networking And Support In The Development Of Concrete Projects. Against This Background, The City Of Dortmund Intends To Have Integrated Energy District Concepts Developed Or Updated For The Climate Districts Of Westerfilde & Bodelwickelh And Huckarde And To Use Renovation Management To Accompany And Build On The Concept Creation. The Renovation Management Should Act As An Interface Between Administration, Citizens, Owners, The Housing Industry, Energy Suppliers And Other Actors And Support The Implementation Of Energy-Related Renovation And Transformation Processes In The District. The Order Includes Both Strategic And Operational Services For Both Climate Districts. The District-Related Services Should Be Coordinated By An Overall Strategic Project Management, Which Is Also The Subject Of This Tender. Common Synergies And Transfer Potential Between The Districts Must Be Taken Into Account, As Well As District-Specific Starting Points And Requirements.
