The Public Procurement Includes Three Activities:Activity 1 – Design. Preparation Of An Investment Project In The Technical Design Phase (Tp);Activity 2 – Implementation Of Construction And Installation Works, According To The Requirements Of Art. 163 Et Seq. Of The Territorial Planning Act;Activity 3 – Exercising Author Supervision During Construction.The Following Construction Activities Are Planned In The Above-Mentioned Territorial Scope:• Construction And Repair Of Pavements; • Reconstruction And Construction Of Intra-Neighborhood Alleys; • Construction And Allocation Of Parking Spaces, In Accordance With The Scheme Approved By The Municipality For Placing Garages In The Neighborhood;• Improvement Of The Adjacent Areas; • The Necessary Measures To Remove Surface Water; • Organization And Traffic Safety; Benches, Gazebos, Bins, Etc. Elements Of The Urban Environment;• All Accompanying Construction And Assembly Works Necessary For The Overall Functioning Of The Site.
