The Subject Of The Order Includes Carrying Out, If Necessary And After Commissioning, Construction-Installation And Repair-Restoration Activities To Maintain The School Building, Premises, Installations And Adjacent Spaces In A Technically Sound, Safe And Suitable For Normal Operation Condition.The Scope May Include: Current Repairs Of Classrooms, Offices, Corridors, Staircases, Sanitary Facilities, Gymnasiums, Administrative And Service Rooms; Restoration And Repair Of Plasters, Plasters, Linings, Flooring And Suspended Ceilings; Painting Works; Repair And Replacement Of Doors, Windows, Fittings And Other Joinery Elements; Repair Of Roofs, Gutters, Downspouts, Cladding And Waterproofing; Repair And Maintenance Of Facades, Plinths And External Walls; Repair Of Plumbing, Sewage, Heating And Electrical Installations; Elimination Of Accidents, Leaks, Damage And Other Malfunctions; Repair Of Fences, Pavements, Approaches, Yard Space And Other Adjacent Elements; Delivery And Installation Of The Necessary Building Materials, Products, Equipment And Spare Parts; Loading And Unloading Operations, Removal And Lawful Delivery Of Construction Waste; All Accompanying Activities Necessary For The Quality Completion And Acceptance Of The Assigned Works. The Specific Types And Quantities Of Smr Will Be Determined According To The Arising Needs Of The Contracting Authority Through Separate Written Assignments, Quantity-Value Bills Or Requests Within The Term And Maximum Value Of The Contract. The Contracting Authority Is Not Obliged To Assign All Estimated Activities And Quantities.Smps Should Be Implemented In Accordance With The Educational Process, Access Regime And Safety Requirements In The School, So As To Limit To A Minimum The Difficulty Of The Normal Activity Of The Educational Institution.
