Tenders are invited for Provide Student Transportation Services under the AECID 2025 Project, Funded by MPDL in Accordance with the Locations Detailed in Annex 3 of the Tender Documents. Organization Summary Established in 1998, the Lebanese Organization for Studies and Training (LOST) focuses on developing underprivileged and underserved communities in Lebanon socially, politically, and economically through diverse programs that build and strengthen community capacities. LOST also works to educate and train youth and women on civic and intellectual matters and to engage them in civic affairs. Its ultimate objective is to contribute to the creation of a democratic and peaceful society where the rule of law, justice, liberty, and economic well-being are upheld and valued. Project background: Contribute to alleviating the suffering of the most vulnerable displaced and refugee communities affected by the armed conflict in Lebanon. Objectives: Improved living conditions for the most vulnerable women and persons with disabilities and their communities Improved access to protection services and humanitarian assistance for women and persons with disabilities at risk Strengthening community cohesion and peacebuilding through the leadership of women and persons with disabilities 1. General Remarks and Special Conditions The offered items must fully comply with the specifications and requirements stated in the tender documents. All products must be sound, of fair and merchantable quality, and fit for their intended purpose. 2. Specifications The required locations are detailed in Annex 3 of the tender documents. 3. Prices All prices must be quoted exclusively in US Dollars (USD). Quotations submitted in any other currency will not be considered during the evaluation and award process. 4. Inspection, Acceptance, and Rejection LOST reserves the right, through its authorized representatives, to inspect and/or test all goods supplied under the contract at any time and place. The Contractor shall, at no additional cost to LOST, provide all facilities, assistance, and necessary support required to enable such inspections to be carried out without causing undue delay to the delivery of the goods. LOST reserves the right to reject any goods supplied under the contract that do not comply with the contractual requirements or, where applicable, to impose a penalty for goods that are not fully compliant with the agreed specifications. Any rejection of goods shall be made as soon as reasonably practicable following their delivery to the final destination. Neither any inspection conducted by LOSTs representatives, nor any acceptance of the goods or any part thereof by LOST, nor any failure by LOST to inspect, accept, and/or reject the goods shall relieve the Contractor of its contractual responsibilities or liabilities regarding goods that do not comply with the contract requirements, including any applicable warranties. 5.
