Request for proposals for DPO Upskilling Initiative: Consultancy Services. All proposals must be submitted on company letterhead, must include Offerors legal address and must be stamped. Proposal validity must be at least 60 calendar days. This RFP is open to consulting firms and consortia of firms (individual consultants are not eligible). Bidders may apply for Lot 1, Lot 2 or both. Each bidder (and each consortium member) must be legally registered with RDB and registered with NCSA as a data controller/processor under Articles 2931 of Law nº 058/2021. A separate technical and financial proposal must be submitted for each Lot.
