The Subject Of The Order Includes Construction Work Entitled: Reconstruction Of The Municipal Road No. 180095N Szwarcenowo-Trupel. The Planned Project Will Consist In The Reconstruction Of The Municipal Road No. 1800095N (Biskupiec Commune, Nowe Miasto Poviat, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship). The Beginning Of The Section Covered By The Study Is The Intersection With The District Road In The Town Of Szwarcenowo, And The End Is The Border Of The Biskupiec Commune, Towards The Town Of Trupel (Iława Poviat, Kisielice Commune). The Investment Will Not Be Implemented On The Basis Of The Act Of April 10, 2003 On Special Rules For The Preparation And Implementation Of Investments In The Field Of Public Roads. It Will Be Carried Out Within The Existing Road, Along The Existing Track, On A Section Of Approximately 1.9 Km. It Covers The Built-Up And Undeveloped Areas Of Szwarcenowo. The Project Will Be Implemented On A Plot Owned By The Biskupiec Commune, With Registration Number: Precinct 0019 Szwarcenowo, Plot No. 35/2.Municipal Road No. 1800095N, Scheduled For Reconstruction, Is A Class L Road With Low Traffic Intensity. After The Investment Is Completed, The Road Class Will Not Change And Traffic Volume Is Not Expected To Increase. The Scope Of The Project Will Include The Following Elements: • Strengthening The Surface By Laying Asphalt Concrete On Crushed Aggregate • Widening The Road From 4.5 M To 5.0 M With The Construction Of Road Construction Layers On The Widening • Reconstruction Of Existing Exits Into Individual Roads To The Property And Fields In Order To Adapt Their Grade To The Grade Of The Rebuilt Road • Regulation Of The Height Of The Roadsides • Renovation And Supplementation Of Vertical Markings. Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Method Of Order Execution Includes - Technical Documentation Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz And Sst Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz As Well As The Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz 2. The Contractor Will Perform The Subject Of The Order On The Basis Of The Design Documentation, Sst, Swz Together With Annexes, Questions And Answers Provided During The Public Procurement Procedure And The Bill Of Quantities, As Well As Applicable Legal Regulations And Will Provide Full Surveying Services Along With The Warranty Period. The Basis For Preparing The Offer Is The Design Documentation, Sst, Swz With Annexes And Answers To Inquiries During The Public Procurement Procedure. Bills Of Quantities Are Only Supporting Material. All Requirements Specified In The Above-Mentioned Documents Are Minimum Requirements And Their Fulfillment Is Obligatory. Failure To Meet The Above-Mentioned Minimum Requirements Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer As Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Order Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law .3.
