The Subject Of The Order Is: Renovation Of District Road No. 1419G In Mirachow1.Subject Of The Orderthe Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of The Road Surface And Sidewalks Of District Road No. 1419G. The Scope Of The Order Includes: - Construction Of A Bituminous Overlay On The Section In Mirachowo, Approx. 270 Meters Long. - Renovation Of Sidewalks Located On A Given Section Of The District Road. The Investment Location Is Shown In The Attached Drawing No. 1. The Following Structures Were Adopted: 1) Road Surface Construction: - Milling Of The Existing Bituminous Surface, - Mechanical Cleaning Of Bituminous Layers, - Sprinkling The Construction Layers With Asphalt Emulsion, - Local Leveling Of The Existing Surface With An Ac11w Asphalt Mixture - Making A Wearing Course Of The Sma8 Mixture - 4Cm.2) Sidewalk Surface Structure:- 6 Cm - Vibro-Pressed Concrete Cubes- 3 Cm - Cement-Sand Ballast 1:4- 15 Cm - Base Base Made Of Unbound C50/302 Mixture) Exit Surface Structure:- 8 Cm - Vibro-Pressed Concrete Cubes- 5 Cm - Cement-Sand Ballast 1:4- 25 Cm - Base Main Base Made Of Unbound Mixture C50/30 - 15 Cm - Auxiliary Base Made Of Natural Aggregate 0-20Mm The Specified Layer Thicknesses Are Given After Their Compaction.2.Implementation Conditions And Final Remarks1. After Completing The Work, The Contractor Must Tidy Up The Work Area.2.The Contractor Is Advised To Obtain All Information That May Be Necessary To Prepare The Offer And Conclude The Contract. Each Contractor Is Fully Responsible For The Consequences Of Failure To Recognize Or Incorrectly Recognize The Terms Of Contract Execution.3.The Contractors Obligations Include Introducing Temporary Traffic Organization For The Duration Of The Road Works Being The Subject Of The Order.4.The Contractor Is Responsible For The Entire Process, Including The Course And Timely Execution Of The Subject Of The Order. Due Diligence Is Required In Fulfilling The Obligations Of The Contract.5.Arrangements And Decisions Regarding The Execution Of The Order Will Be Agreed By The Ordering Party With The Appointed Representative Of The Contractor.6.The Ordering Party Is Not Liable For Any Damage Caused By The Contractor While Performing The Subject Of The Order.7.The Materials And Equipment Necessary To Carry Out The Work Are Provided By The Contractor.8. The Order Must Be Made In Accordance With The Attached Technical Specifications - Annex No. 1A To Swz.9. The Bill Of Quantities Is Available In Chapter Ii Of The Swz.
