1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In Hardening The Plot Area At Ul. Topólki As Part Of The Task Development Of The Plot At Ul. Topólki In Zazdrowiem.2.Location Of The Project: Plot No. 117, 118, 119, District No. 01-08 (Municipality Of Zakrzywym), In The Administrative Area Of The Masovian Voivodeship, In The Nowy Dwór County.3.The Scope Of Construction Works Includes: 1) Preparatory Works, 2) Earthworks, 3) Drainage For The Designed Surface Structures, 4) Installation Of Concrete Retainers On A Footing With Support, 5) Construction Of Foundations, 6) Construction Of Surfaces, 7) Implementation Of Permanent Traffic Management, 8) Finishing Works.4.The Detailed Method Of Execution As Well As The Scope And Type Of Individual Works Are Specified In The Annexes To The Swz (Appendix No. 2):1) Bill Of Quantities;2) Sketch Of The Road System In The Field;3) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works.5.The Bill Of Quantities Should Be Treated As An Additional Element, Not Used To Calculate The Offer Price.6.Surveying Services Should Be Provided, Along With An As-Built Surveying Inventory. 7. The Scope And Method Of Performance Of The Subject Of The Order Were Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 1 To Swz.8.The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Is Subject To Polish Law, In Particular The Act Of July 7, 1994, Construction Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 524, As Amended) And The Act Of September 11, 2019, Public Procurement Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 793, As Amended)9.The Contractor Should Mark And Secure The Work Area.10.Before Submitting The Offer, The Contractor Should Exercise Due Diligence In Checking The Compliance Of The Technical Documentation With The Actual Situation And Reporting Any Discrepancies To The Ordering Party11.The Works Must Be Performed In Accordance With Applicable Regulations (In Particular The Construction Law, Occupational Health And Safety, Fire Protection And Industry Regulations), As Well As In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge, As Well As With Due Care, Maintaining Proper Work Organization And Ensuring Good Quality. 12. The Materials Used By The Contractor During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Should Be Brand New And Meet, In Terms Of Quality, The Requirements Of Products Approved For Trading And Use In Construction, In Accordance With Art. 10 Of The Construction Law And The Quality And Quality Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works.
