Księ Władysława 6C/8, 44-240 Żory, For The Investment Called Construction Of A Selective Collection Point For Municipal Waste In Górki Wielkie. 2. The Investment Includes:2.1. Designing The Construction Of A Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point On Plot No. 64/3 Located In Górki Wielkie In The Area Of Spółdzielcza Street, In Accordance With The Description And Graphic Part Of The Functional And Utility Program Developed In December 2024 In The Scope Of Hardening The Entire Area Intended For Pszok And Construction Of Buildings And Equipment Necessary For The Operation Of Pszok, Including: - Development Of Biologically Active Surface - Low And Insulating Greenery High;- Construction Of A Hardened Surface On The Entire Area, Divided Into Asphalt And Concrete Surfaces;- Construction Of A Loading Ramp For Cars;- Construction Of A Truck Scale;- Creation Of Parking Spaces For Cars;- Construction Of A Garage For Cars;- Delivery Of A Container With A Social And Office Part And Equipment For The Porters Office;- Delivery Of A Container And Equipment For The Used Goods Exchange Point;- Construction Of Shelter No. 1 With Open Boxes For Waste;- Construction Of Shelter No. 2 With Closed Waste Boxes And Location Of Containers And Waste Containers Under It;- Installation Of Photovoltaic Panels On The Roof Of Shelter No. 2;- Equipping The Containers With A Heating And Cooling System Based On Renewable Energy Sources - Heat Pump, Fan Coils;- Installation Of Lighting For The Pszok Square;- Construction Of A Fence For The Pszok Area With Entrance Gates;- Construction Of The Connection Water Supply And Electricity, As Well As External Installations: Water Supply, Sanitary Sewage, Storm Sewage, Electricity, Video Monitoring, Telecommunications And Alarm; And Preparation Of All Studies Necessary For The Implementation Of The Investment, Necessary To Obtain A Building Permit, E.G.: Preparation Of Geotechnical Documentation For The Foundation Of Buildings, Performance Of Design Works (Construction And Technical Design Together With A Simplified Cost Estimate) And Obtaining All Necessary Opinions, Permits, Arrangements And Decisions Provided For By Law, Including Decisions Necessary To Perform Construction Works. All Costs In This Respect Are Borne By The Contractor.
