The Subject Of The Order Is: Creation Of A Rest Area And Social Facilities For Lifeguards At The Kuksy Lake Swimming Pool, By Carrying Out Adaptation Works Of The Indicated Rooms In The Existing Administrative And Technical Building, Together With The Provision Of Appropriate Furniture And Kitchen Equipment. The Adaptation Works In Question And The Delivery Of Equipment Are To Be Carried Out According To The Parameters Specified In The Attached Descriptive Documentation, Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz. The Scope Of The Task Includes Elements Of The Project Implemented By The Dzierzgoń Commune As Part Of The Project Titled: Development Of Tourism Infrastructure In The Dzierzgoń Commune - Creation Of A Swimming Pool On Lake Kuksy, Implemented As Part Of The Local Development Strategy For 2021-2027 Of The Association Of The Local Action Group Kraina Dolnej Powiśle; Project 1.8 Construction And/Or Expansion Of Swimming Pool Infrastructure; Measure 6.12 Tourism Infrastructure - Clld; European Funds For Pomerania 2021-2027. The Task Should Be Performed To The Extent Necessary To Achieve Proper Operational Functions - In Accordance With Applicable Standards And Regulations For This Type Of Facility. Part 1 – Adaptation Works2.The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Submitting Variant Offers Or Offers In The Form Of Electronic Catalogues.3.The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage Awarding Contracts Referred To In Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7 And 8.4.As Part Of The Implementation Of Part 1 Of The Order, The Ordering Party Requires A Minimum 36-Month Warranty For The Technologies Used And The Construction And Assembly Works Performed As Well As For The Built-In Products And Materials. As Part Of The Implementation Of Part 2 Of The Order, The Ordering Party Requires A Minimum 24-Month Warranty For The Supplied Equipment. Regardless Of The Rights Arising From The Quality Guarantee Granted, The Ordering Party May Exercise The Rights Under The Warranty For Defects. The Warranty Period Is Equal To The Statutory Period Stipulated In Art. 568 Section 1 Cc.5.A Detailed Description And Method Of Order Execution Is Included In The Descriptive Documentation, Which Constitutes Annex No. 9 To The Swz. Note: 1) With Respect To Those Elements Of The Building Which, As Part Of The Implementation Of Part 1 Of The Order, Are Integrally Related To The Zone Covered By Adaptation Works (Structural And Finishing Elements, Roof Slope, Internal Devices And Installations, Etc.) - The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Take Over The Full Scope Of The Warranty Obligations Of The Facility Contractor, Granted In Accordance With The Implementation Agreement No. Ti.272.148.2024 With 11/10/20242) If The Contractor Has Any Doubts Or Ambiguities Regarding The Elements Of The Order Description Listed Above, Then The Explanations, Clarifications And Additional Information Obtained During The Formal Procedure Of Possible Inquiries To The Swz Will Be Binding For The Final Resolution
